This DfE funded training is only available to Early Years SENCOs from PVI and Early Years maintained school settings in London Borough of Newham and Norfolk.

Please note: this training is for group provision only and includes EY provision who are part of maintained schools.

It would be the ideal follow on for Early Years SENCOs who completed the Level 3 accredited award with nasen last year and are looking for the next step in their professional development, moving into the strategic leadership of SEND.

The review will help Early Years settings better understand what inclusive practice looks like and identify where the strengths and areas for development are within their settings.

The training consists of watching a 20 - minute webcast followed by a 2.5 - hour live webinar with 2 trainers. The Review documents will be sent to you following the webinar together with a short evaluation form to complete.

PLEASE NOTE: It is expected that you will complete a review/ part review of your setting 2-4 weeks after completing the training and inform your Local Authority Lead when this has taken place. You will then be sent your Early Years SEND Reviewer certificate.

All delegates need to have watched the recorded webcast which gives an overview of the Early Years SEND Review Guide prior to taking part in the webinar. You also need to have printed off 5 supporting documents that you will refer to during the training, or have these available on your PC, laptop or tablet.
