A full break down of the different benefits can be found here: https://nasen.org.uk/membership.html
Once you are on the link please scroll down the page to view the details of the subscriptions.
Individual memberships are designed to support individual accounts with access to a range of valuable resources, online training and discounts on CPD events. Individual memberships are only accessible to the individual and all membership benefits such as the nasen Connect magazine will be addressed to the individuals postal address
Organisational memberships are designed to support schools and other organisational settings. By being an organisational member, you and all your staff based at the registered address can access the range of benefits available. Each member of staff can get their own login and 24 hour access to the online benefits, meaning all staff can get their support from nasen as and when they need.

An organisational membership has one primary contact set up when the membership is created, this primary contact has the ability to add or remove additional colleagues directly via the website using the Manage Contacts listing which can be found under the My Nasen button. If you cannot see this option in the list then you are not set as the primary contact, should you require further assistance with this please contact the office email: email@example.com
An organisational membership can have one person set as the Online Training administrator, this person can then view and assist other learners for the organisation via the Manage Learners listing which can be found under the My Nasen button. If you cannot see Manage Learners in the list then you are not set up as the administrator and will need to contact the office by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
Only learners that have actually started a course will appear in the list and they will have needed to be added via the Manage Contacts and have their own login and registered for a course.
An individual member can download a copy of their invoice via the website, login and go to View Subscriptions on the member home page, this can be found under the My nasen button (click on the arrow at the side to show the drop down list) Click on View Subscription and a page with the invoice will open with the option to download.
For organisational membership the invoice can be downloaded in the same way but only the primary contact has access to the membership subscription to be able to do this.
Primary contacts and individual members only can see the history of subscriptions under the View Subscriptions in the member area, the page shows all subscriptions created for a member, please note that you will see not only paid and current subscriptions but also any that were created but not necessarily paid, this can be due to membership levels being changed around the time of renewal or a renewal not being paid but subsequently a different subscription was requested.
