Accredited Level 3 Early Years SENCO Award
CPD to help practitioners develop their confidence and knowledge
This award, run by nasen, and developed by School Improvement Liverpool, is a 12.5 day course, which runs over a 3-4 month period. After undertaking a series of both written and observational tasks, attendees are awarded a Level 3 Early Years SENCO Award, which is accredited by Cache.
So far, nasen have trained over 500 early years SENCOs and childminders from 23 local authorities.
Due to popular demand, there is currently a waiting list of local authorities who would like their settings to take part in the training. This is whilst further funding opportunities are explored.
We are expecting to release more information about this in the coming weeks.
