Free webinar on Supporting children’s mental health and wellbeing through Poverty Proofing

A free webinar on Tuesday 22nd November at 4pm organised by Partnership for Children and Children North East will look at how schools can support children’s mental health and wellbeing through poverty proofing. As the cost of living crisis is predicted to last well into next year and possibly beyond, the impact of this on children’s ability to learn will be ever more exacerbated especially in the already deprived areas of the country.  The discussion will highlight the link between poverty and children’s mental health and outline some of the simple ways that schools can help increase awareness of poverty and measures they can take to ease the issue within school.
