Free NHS resources to support RSE curriculum

A new set of resources has been co-created with teachers and young people and designed to improve students’ understanding and start the conversation on important topics such as self-care, social media, building connections, dealing with change and more. The Better Health School Zone offers free resources that are easy to use and feature quizzes, conversation starters and more. These NHS-approved resources can be used to support students across all Key Stages and they are linked to the Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) and Health Education statutory guidance. Much has also been written about teacher’s mental health over the last week and the site has ways to look after adults wellbeing with a downloadable personalised Mind Plan.
