This session will focus on contextualising the information delivered through the “An introduction to SEND in Practice” webinars. It is advised that you watch the recorded webinars in your module before attending a live session.

This session will focus on contextualising the information delivered through the webinars: 

  • Introduction to SEND Part 1
  • Introduction to SEND Part 2
  • High Quality Teaching Part 1 or Effective Support for Children and Young People with SEND Part 1
  • High Quality Teaching Part 2 or Effective Support for Children and Young People with SEND Part 2
  • High Quality Teaching Part 3 or Effective Support for Children and Young People with SEND Part 3
  • High Quality Teaching Part 4 or Effective Support for Children and Young People with SEND Part 4

We will reflect on how the content of these sessions applies to your specific setting. We will identify next steps around implementing changes or developments in practice. The session will also introduce the guided reflection document as well as broader ways of assessing impact.

  • Applying your learning to your setting 
  • Reflecting on and evaluating the impact of your learning on your setting
