SEND and the Law: Understanding the significance of the C&C v GB of a School, SoS for Education and the National Autistic Society (2018) case

Mark Blois, one of nasen's trustees, has produced an article on the judgment in C&C v The Governing Body of a School [2018] UKUT 269 (AAC) and it's effect on schools in relation to education exclusions. The judgement ruled the Regulation 4(1)(c) of Equality Act 2010 defence incompatible with human rights law and the need to ensure that disabled children are not discriminated against in their access to education.
