MEDIA RELEASE
Immediate release

With just three weeks to go until the return of our unmissable annual SEND conference, nasen Live, we wanted to give you a little taste of what’s in store for 2023!

The popular nasen Live one-day conference is returning on 7th July 2023 to the Vox Conference Centre in Birmingham.

Once again, the event promises to be must visit for any SEND professional, and is designed to provide SENCOs, school leaders, teachers, and other education professionals with a unique platform to celebrate outstanding practice and provision for children and young people with SEND.

Visitors will have the chance to network and explore the latest developments in the SEND and education sector and will also be able to update their knowledge and learn from evidence-based practice.

There will also be an opportunity to access leading, award-winning exhibitors, as well as attend several seminars and keynotes delivered by key figures in the sector.

Annamarie Hassall, MBE, and CEO at nasen, said: “We are delighted to announce that nasen Live is back for 2023! Through our theme of SEND and Beyond we'll explore the intersectionality between SEND, protected characteristics, and vulnerabilities, as well as thinking about the future for SEND in the light of the SEND and Alternative Provision Improvement Plan. We look forward to seeing you there.”

With delegate figures increasing year on year, and an outstanding feedback rate of over 90%, this event is not to be missed.

nasen Live will see delegates learning about best practice and accessing focused CPD sessions to help them support children and young people with SEND and learning differences across early years, primary, secondary, and post-16.

The conference will feature a wide range of high-profile speakers and an outstanding range of seminars and workshops from leading figures within education. A complimentary lunch will be available, which can be enjoyed whilst networking with other, like-minded professionals and browsing a range of exhibitor stalls from leading organisations and services.
