The resource can be used to raise awareness of Early Years practitioners regarding their responsibilities for SEND.

The benefit of using this resource is an increased knowledge and understanding of the SEND Code of Practice (2015) and the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework (2023) in relation to provision for children with SEND in the Early Years.

This resource was first published in September 2021 and was last updated April 2024.
