Session Synopsis
Distributed leadership for SEND is crucial across schools and Further Education (FE) but what does it actually look like and how it can be successfully achieved?
Alex Grady and Teresa Carroll from the Education and Training Foundation will explore this and more.
Together, important questions will be discussed on effective transition to FE, preparation for employment for young people with SEND and how distributed leadership can enable this.
