In this webcast, we will focus on Education, Health and Care (EHC) Needs assessments and plans in the early years. This webcast will give a brief overview of the process and plans. For more detail and legal requirements, you will need to refer to The Children and Family Act (2104), part 3, and the Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice: 0-25. Other useful information is at the end of the webcast. It may also be useful to watch webcast 8, ‘A graduated approach.’

Some questions/ideas to think about while you listen/read:
