Rockerbox News to offer free access to nasen members in celebration of Non-Fiction November

Non-fiction reading comprehension platform Rockerbox News is proud to offer all members of nasen (the National Association for Special Educational Needs) free and unlimited access to their online platforms throughout November in celebration of National Non-Fiction month.

This exclusive offer marks the launch of the two organisations’ exciting new partnership, with Rockerbox News as nasen’s newest and third headline sponsor, alongside Scanning Pens and Axcis Recruitment.

As partners, nasen and Rockerbox News will work to promote good practice through the networks of schools, academies, practitioners, and all other organisations involved in the delivery of education of children and young people with special educational needs.

“Rockerbox News’ mission has always been to support and empower every young person to reach their full potential. We are honoured to become a main sponsor of nasen and support the amazing work the charity does,” said Rockerbox News Founder Ben Halder. “We’re excited to listen to and learn from the nasen community too,” he said. “Increasing inclusivity and accessibility to learning for all young people will always be a key priority for us. nasen and its members will be an invaluable partner in further strengthening these values.”

The theme of this year’s National Non-Fiction November is “communication”. Along with free and unlimited access to the entire Rockerbox News non-fiction reading archive (over 500 articles at five national curriculum-aligned reading levels and counting), nasen members can receive a recommended article for each day of the month along the theme of communication.

Speaking about the exclusive campaign, and nasen’s newest partnership, Annamarie Hassall MBE, Chief Executive of nasen said: “Over the last 30 years, nasen has been committed to providing effective and relevant support and resources for all those working with children and young people with SEND.
We are delighted to have Rockerbox News on board as main sponsor of nasen. This is a fantastic opportunity to access Rockerbox News resources, and one that I would encourage all nasen members to take advantage of. I am excited to announce our collaboration, working together to make a practical difference in the classroom, enabling a more accessible curriculum and inclusive education for all children."
