An introduction to an emerging innovative digital approach that empowers young people with learning disabilities to make choices about where and how they live their adult lives.

The session will be presented by Louise Keevil who is a founding trustee of Where I Want to Live and Acting CEO. Louise will share her expertise about supporting young people in education, from the age of 14 years, to understand their options and express their wishes. She will show us the exciting co-produced digital toolkit work that is underway.

Where I want to Live
The charity Where I Want to Live have a vision of a country where people with learning disabilities have voice, choice and control when it comes to their living arrangements in adulthood and they know that conversations need to start early in life.  The Charity is co-producing a digital tool that not only empowers young people but also supports families, educators and social carers to fulfil their responsibilities.
