Flourish Community launches free space to connect and strengthen inclusive practice

The Flourish Community is a free online network for educators leading and supporting inclusion and safeguarding.

The launch builds on Flourish’s work to develop staff knowledge and confidence, supporting inclusive practice through trauma-informed and relational approaches.

Where shared experience strengthens practice

Supporting inclusion comes with complex questions, and sometimes it helps to talk them through with people who understand the realities of school life.

Flourish Community gives SENCOs, school leaders, teachers and support staff a space to ask questions, share what’s working and learn from one another’s experiences.

Its Inclusion and Safeguarding Hubs explore key priorities throughout the school year, with half-termly themes and conversations shaped by experienced Ambassadors.

Members can find fresh perspectives, contribute their own experience and build connections that support everyday practice.
