The Big Ask – Make sure your pupils know to have their say

The new Children’s Commissioner Rachel de Souza has today launched ‘The Big Ask’ a survey for children across England to have their say. The survey has been designed for different age groups and there is also an easy read version. The website states ‘We’ll use what you tell us to show the government what you think, and what children need to live happier lives.’ There is also a suite of resources, including Citizenship/PSHE lesson plans, Primary assembly plans, as well as debate resources, that have been created to support school staff to help children and young people to take part in the process and complete the survey.
