nasen has refreshed its membership model to expand access to inclusive education resources, offer clearer value across all of our tiers, and make it easier for individuals and settings to find the right fit. This update also strengthens our organisational offer, bringing back the setting-led experience our members value and have been asking for.

Yes, absolutely - free membership is still available through nasen Core and remains a key part of our offer. It gives individuals access to essential resources, including quarterly updates, twilight talks, Universal SEND Services by Whole School SEND, and the resource repository.

All existing free members will automatically mapped to our new, complimentary membership tier, Core. This tier offers the same baseline benefits, but they will be provided with clear guidance on how to upgrade to an enhanced tier if they wish to unlock more CPD opportunities, exclusive content, or additional benefits.

Pricing for nasen Plus is confirmed at £19.95 per annum as a special introductory offer available for a limited time. Organisational membership pricing will be based on the number of licenses required by each setting. Further details will be confirmed shortly.

nasen Academy is a dedicated Learning Management System (LMS), offering a wide range of high-quality, online CPD courses focused on SEND. It's designed to support practitioners and professionals at every level with flexible, on-demand learning. With built-in progress tracking, reflective questionnaires, and personalised learning journeys, nasen Academy ensures users not only complete courses - but truly embed their learning in practice.

No, nasen Academy itself is not a membership. It is our online learning platform (LMS) where all CPD content is hosted. Access to nasen Academy depends on your membership tier - both Plus and Organisational grant access to the nasen Academy storefront. However, premium CPD content requires an additional purchase.

No, nasen Academy access is exclusively available as a membership benefit for Plus and Organisational members. It cannot be purchased separately. These membership tiers include access to the LMS along with a wide range of additional member benefits, making them the only way to access nasen Academy. Core and non-members can browser our catalogue of courses, but cannot purchase without becoming a paid-for member of nasen.
