Session Synopsis & Audience
For the last 15 years there has been a steady and increased interest in developing different forms of online education. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated this development – by some accounts by over a decade. It has asked huge questions about equality of access and provision and, most importantly, what ‘good’ online education might look like - especially for vulnerable learners and those with additional needs. The presentation will look at some of the key messages that have emerged and also at how we might look at the complexity of the online environment through an ‘inclusive’ lens.

Session audience: Predominantly aimed at professionals in primary, secondary and specialist education but others are welcome.
