Views sought to improve Children and Young People’s Mental Health Services

NHS England have announced that the Children and Young People’s Mental Health (CYPMH) Team and NHS Transformation Directorate, are launching an NHS IMPACT initiative with a set of crowdsourcing challenges on the Solving Together platform.

The challenges aim to bring together diverse perspectives from across the sector, including those with lived experience, to generate creative and innovative ideas and share learning from current good practice on how access and waiting times for CYPMH services could be improved. This will be the first Solving Together challenge to focus on mental health.

They are asking for interested parties to:

  • Spread the word to anyone who might be interested in taking part – friends, colleagues, and people in your networks.
  • Register on the Solving Together platform and from 9th October add your ideas, comments, and share examples that others can learn from.
  • Join in on social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X (Twitter) using #SolvingTogether and look out further updates.
