SEND Workforce Survey

The Council for Disabled Children are running a short Workforce Survey in order to design and deliver training and resources to meet the SEND workforce’s learning and development needs. This is part of the Research & Improvement for SEND Excellence partnership (RISE) programme funded by the Department for Education. 

The survey includes questions around the whole SEND system in five main themes (legislation, co-production, systems, processes and pathways, and data). It has been designed to cater to the needs of the workforce and understand the needs of practitioners and professionals. Analysis of the findings will inform the design of the training in the programme. Input from all areas of the school workforce is needed in order for it to be as relevant as possible. 

The survey is anonymous and should not take more than 10-15 minutes depending on the amount of detail you share. The deadline to fill in the survey is August 2nd, 2022.
